Pricing

Please note that discounts are offered for extended stays, and that a child counts as a person for calculating prices.

What is included in the price

All gas and electricity (cooking, heating and hot water) are included. A charge of 15€ is made for the use of chimneys or stoves, this includes all the wood required for your stay.

We do not supply sheets or towels.To check which size sheets you will require, please refer to the section: accommodation / amenities / bedding of this website.

Booking conditions

Booking/Security Deposit

To book please send a 200€ deposit for each cottage by bank transfer (cheques are not accepted) to our Spanish or UK account. The 200€ will be used as a security deposit and returned to you on departure, unless there are any damages which will be assessed at check out.

Payment of the full rent is due on receipt of the keys upon your arrival.

If you prefer, you can also pay the full rental by bank transfer 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Changeover days

July, August: Saturday to Saturday, arrive from 17h, depart by 12h

Rest of the year: flexible but with arrival from 17h, departure by 12h

Minimum bookings

There is a minimum of 5 nights stay for the Studio and 7 nights for the Casita or Cuadra, but it is always worth contacting us, as it varies according to the season.

Children

We do not consider the property suitable for children under 11 years of age because so many people come to us for peace and tranquillity.

Pets

We are sorry, but to preserve the peace for all guests no pets are allowed. We do not make any exceptions to this.
