The CASITA

This is a small self contained house for 2 to 4 adults. Situated on a private terrace, the south facing Casita nestles among mature oak, olive and chestnut trees and is very tranquil. The Casita is a true “home from home”, and is very well equipped and comfortable. It has been entirely renovated to ensure a comfortable stay year round, whilst keeping traditional local features such as chestnut beams and fittings and terracotta tiles.

Bedding:	1 double bed (150 x 190) and 1 single bed (80 x 190) in the bedroom, and 1 sofabed in the living room
Kitchen:	Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster
Household:	Vacuum cleaner, washing machine and iron (in a utility room shared with the Studio)
Bathroom:	Shower, bidet and hairdryer
Heating:	Glass-fronted wood burning stove, with firewood available on the premises at cost, and electric central heating (included in the price)
Outdoors:	Barbecue, outdoor furniture and deckchairs
Parking:	There is plentiful private parking space on the premises
